"My work here, in general, is simply to carry on for my beloved Master Sri Darwin Gross.  This is a simple but very important point. The incoming Teacher always continues to support his Teacher and the body of works that he produced.  The Dhunami Masters are the only unbroken line of teaching Masters in existence. If you find a break in any line of Masters, you can be sure you're not looking at the most direct path to Sugmad.

"Sri DapRen carried on for his Spiritual Teacher, Sri Paul Twitchell, perpetuating not only his written works, but the entire path itself. The Dhunami teachings live, thrive or withdraw through the vehicle of the Living Dhunami Master of the Time by virtue of his acceptance of the Dhunami Rod of Power; what has been known as the Eck Rod of Power, the ATOM Rod of Power, and many other names that have been used for this direct path to Self and God realization and Self-Mastery in the past.

"There are several men who claim to be holding this Rod of Power which can be confusing for the chela in the teachings and especially for the new person who is taking a look at the path.  All I can tell you is to look first to the feeling of Divine Love.   If it is found, that is always your answer!  Trust it, go with it, ask for an inner answer from whichever Dhunami Master you're looking to for guidance at the time, then let go of it, forget about it.  The answer will come when you're ready and usually when you least expect it.   The Inner Master always hears the question the first time it is asked.

"When one demands answers, they will not come.  If the question is continually asked, you'll get an answer, but probably from one or more entities of the negative force who wish to pull you away from the path and keep you in the psychic planes with questions and emotions, leading to karmic circumstances.

"So be patient!  The answers will come and they will be subtle when they do, giving you another opportunity to trust.  When that inner or outer experience comes to you, challenge it in the name of the Sugmad or the Mahanta, this is being vigilante and wise.  So many wish for spiritual experiences with such great fervor that they often don't really care where they are coming from.  They just want to get something!  This is a great mistake, because the negative force will present a false image sometimes, even the image of the Inner Master whom you may be familiar with. 

"Now certainly if you feel the Divine Love and contentment within your heart, it can be relied upon even if you do not remember to challenge the experience at the time.  Simply continue to make the postulate within yourself that when the next experience comes, you will be more aware.  Tell yourself, 'I am becoming more and more aware in my dream state.  I trust the feeling of Divine Love but I will remember to challenge my experiences."

About Sri Paul Marché

Sri Paul developed into Mastership under the guidance of Sri Darwin Gross and accepted the Rod of Power on October 22, 2008, becoming the 973rd Living Master of the Time. After receiving the 12th initiation following the 2006 ATOM Seminar in Cleveland, Paul began to gradually assume the responsibilities of the Living Master of the Time. 

Paul Marché was born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area.  He was introduced to the Eckankar teachings while attending college in Dayton, Ohio at the age of 19 and quickly embraced the path.  His studies, practice and service to Eckankar and ATOM under his spiritual Master, Sri Darwin Gross resulted in his acceptance of the 8th initiation by 2001. 

Asked by Sri Darwin to relocate to Portland, Oregon in 2005 to assist with managing the ATOM office, Sri Paul picked up and moved across country, leaving home and family, glad to be of even greater service to his Master and the ATOM teachings.

Within a few months of his arrival in Portland, Sri Paul was invited to live with Darji and assist him with his rapidly deteriorating physical body.  Darji was accepting a great deal of karmic burdens for many chelas during these last few years of his life; something that all Living Masters do near the end of their tenure.

This was a grueling time for both Sri Paul and Sri Darwin.  Paul had to continue to manage the office affairs while caring for  Darji 24/7, while Darji, in spite of a mal-functioning physical body, had to continue to assist Sri Paul as he struggled through some of the final stages of development necessary to fully accept his new job as the Living Master of the Time. 

Sri Paul enjoyed few personal comforts and even less sleep, yet  he did so with a smile on his face and a joke on his lips.  He often referred to this 2 year period as "Divine Misery" for the difficult physical circumstances were more than offset by the tremendous flow of Divine Spirit/Love that went between Darji and he.

This special spiritual connection coupled with the great service being given, facilitated Paulji's remaining spiritual initiations, leading to the beginning of his work as the Living Master of the Time in October of 2006. However, it took 2 more years before he could accept the Rod of Power and wear the true mantle of the Living Dhunami Master.

Paulji's special talents and spiritual gifts will be brought to bear in the Dhunami works as he carries on the line of Living Dhunami Masters.   Known spiritually as Pilo Albrasso, Sri Paul will use his abilities in music, theatre and direct, personal communication to give out the message of these ancient teachings to those who are ready for the next step in their spiritual journeys.

He is charged with developing the idea of the "Sound Worker" in the Dhunami teachings and continuing Darji's work with the imaginative faculty through the use of "image tools."  He is also here to correct the record as regards his predecessors, the lines of Eck, ATOM, and Dhunami succession.  He will also bring back the discipline that Sri Paul Twitchell introduced to the spiritual path during his tenure as the Living Master of the Time; a discipline that is sorely lacking in the spiritual teachings of the day.  Yet all will be done with the great flow of Divine Love and the fine sense of humor characteristic of the Dhumami Masters.
